My Views On Almost Everything

So…Saddam Husein is hanged finally! Well he deserved that, don’t he? Whatever be…Saddam’s post mortem was conducted by people across the globe, I found it very tickling, so decided to share with you…..! (How kidish, finding humor in death penalty of the second best dictator of the 20th Century? Well see your self.)

Now Humor started from these arguments by the people who had soft corner (in there heart, house, locality, community, country etc.) for Saddam. Some of there most tickling arguments are:-

(1) “Saddam was directly elected by the people of Iraq hence he was not a dictator, but a very popular Democratic Leader.”

Of course he was! And in the all seven election held in his tenure, he got all 100% Votes! No other democratic leader in the world enjoys this Privilege!!!
C’mon were on Earth people vote in 100%? Can’t you see such a simple manipulation? Actually, Saddam imposed a ban on people to join another party, except his Bath Party! And you say he was a Democratic Leader? Poor Democracy......

(2) “Giving Saddam a hanging trial was unfair as Britain and other western countries have banned Capital Punishments.”

Oh ya, is that so? Where were you when Saddam was used to hang people in front of the masses almost every day of his tenure? For such minor faults, which are not even punishable by law in your country ! It seemed that it was one of his favorite pastime, to hang people!
Also the trial of Saddam was conducted in Iraq by there Local Judges, And hanging is not banned there, thanks to Saddam!
And let me remind you that hanging is also not banned in US of A….

(3) “The timing choosed by USA was very unfair and wrong as it was a Hajj & Festival Period in Middle-East!”

I chuckle, now what Saddam has to do with Muslim Festivals & Hajj? Did he ever follow his religion before his capturing, of course? Did he ever went to Hajj in his tenure? He had almost proclaimed himself as God![Ref:- Portraits of Saddam across in Iraq proves that]
In a few of his trial and during his last moments he was seen with Holy Quran, but that is obvious a media stunt.
Actually I mean, that can any one, who believes in God who believes in Almighty can even think of such a hectic crimes against humanity?
More over Iraqis, across the Globe are rejoicing hanging of Saddam. They don’t have any question or arguments at all, aren’t they Muslim? Yes they are, but they are also the witness of Sadaam’s Tyrannical Autocratic rule, too!

Also, another tickling non-sense about Saddam's hanging is the protest seen in India!
Now what the hell, India had to do with whatever happen in Iraq and with Saddam???? Any guess???
With the exception of Congress party (With whom the relations with Saddam’s now an open secret-Remember Natwar Singh's Oil for food Scam) is surely in deep mourn after his hanging! [I was afraid that Congress don’t declare a mourning holiday!]

There are few more tickling facts...taking a look into this too.....
UP assembly election are over head, and you all know the character of our dear Mulayam, he can go to any extent (We have seen it.) I fear that, too woo Muslim Votes he don’t proclaim that....
"If Samaj Wadi Party Wins in UP Assembly, with thumbing majority, we Promise that we will call back Saddam Hussein from heavens (or Hell) and we will re-install him in Iraq by diving out those Kafir Americans from Iraq and....blah..blah...blah.." You never know any thing can be promised, Its Indian Politics.

Now be a bit serious...Saddam has got what he thoroughly deserved. He was a dictator. He harassed Human rights for his own interest, The 1982 Kudair Genocide is just a mere example of his cruelty. Don’t mess up with his death; don’t make his hanging a religious and political issue. Our we will have to suffer grave consequences of it!

Thursday, October 05, 2006

The 2nd October 2006 was the 137th Birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. For me this day was just like another holiday (Which I enjoy most). But now it’s different (Not only for me)! I think Gandhi Fashion is back again! Don’t buzz; Gandhi was always center of fashion. During 50’s, 60’s & 70’s (When Gandhi and his Principals were wildly respected) it was fashion to say that “I don’t believe in Gandhi and his principal.” And today, (When Gandhi & his Principal don’t even have a damn) its fashion to say “I am a true follower of Gandhi and his Principal!” Any ways let me continue….

I was born in a family which always supported ideology of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) I was never taught Gandhian values by my parents. And one day I realized I don’t support Gandhi, his views and his ways. I had my own reasons for that. They are:-
(1) I always thought that Gandhi was too lean towards Pakistan and Muslims which could have harmed interests of India.
(2) Secondly, I thought Gandhi could have saved my idol Bhagat Singh and Company from Capital Punishment, but he didn’t.
(3) Finally, I always thought that Gandhian way was un-trusted, un-reliable, un-fruitful and un-easy (at least for me!).

But now, I think that I was, and I am, too young to pass my judgment to a personality, like the one of Mahatma Gandhi!

A man is always matured today, than himself yesterday. So do me. Now I have amended my thoughts towards Gandhiji. May be because I am a bit more learned, a bit more educated and a bit more matured (Or a bit more fan of Lagge Raho Munna Bhai than you all!)
I always wondered that, if India was/is a land of God, if God had taken many incarnations on this land. Then why didn’t he turn up to get this holy land independent? Wasn’t that unfair????
NO! Not at all!! God was there to make efforts, and to make efforts in unique manner, to free this land and he was non-other than M.K.Gandhi.

Seems to be happened too much Na? Well just give your self a thought.

Gandhi’s way of Non-Violence, Affection, Love, Trust, Sympathy, Truth etc are just too difficult for a common man. Surely these are not the weapon of a ordinary man but Gandhiji, not only used this weapons effectively, but also convinced the common folk to do so!
Further if we talk about Gandhi’s benevolences towards Muslims & Pakistan, well I just want to say that a man above mankind can only hope for so, for else human like we are arguing and fighting repeatedly. That is a sheer difference……

Again, Patriots like me may question about hanging of Bhagat Singh…? Well Gandhiji knew the fact that Bhagat Singh loves hanging! More over he also knew that the freedom moment will gain benefit from Bhagat’s death and not by his triumph!

Finally, what is the importance of Gandhi for us now? Hope you don’t need answer if you have watched Lagge Raho Munna Bhai. Indeed Gandhi’s values are of immense use to solve our day to day common problems. Have you ever experienced the salvation of truth? Truth may be bitter but always it’s Truth that Triumph. But still there is a generation gape between Gandhi and his values, today! We face a far serious problem than colonialism during Gandhi’s period. It is deadly TERRORISM! Surely our Bapu Gandhi had never preached on this topic. So Terrorism should be handled by the way it is handled best!
Here in this blog I tried to revive Gandhi and also made a fragile effort to defend Gandhi for those controversies he is commonly criticized by us. He was, for sure a supernatural human, and that his why he is respected across the globe. In short Bande me tha dum Vande Matram!
